📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist pharmacists in compounding and dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and organize medication for patient care, following established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory of medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of injections, including drawing up medications and verifying patient information.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including proper handling and disposal of medications.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated on industry best practices and new medications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on science or health-related subjects.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, preferably in a compounding or dispensing role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid pharmacy assistant certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
