In this role, you will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to diagnose and resolve equipment issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure that our facility complies with all safety and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for managing our spare parts inventory and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to keep our facility running.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards
• Manage spare parts inventory and order new parts as needed
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to implement maintenance plans and improvements
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues
• Train and mentor junior technicians and new hires
• Document all maintenance activities and issues in our maintenance management system

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance
• Proven experience working with industrial equipment such as conveyors, mixers, and packaging machines
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards for food processing facilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
