📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and user stories for IT projects.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve product performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of IT initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our logistics solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize and manage IT project backlogs.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve our delivery processes and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Strong understanding of logistics and courier industry operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
