📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing facility
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices
• Develop and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports and hazard assessments
• Investigate and report on workplace incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of safety measures
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health and safety

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a health and safety role within the manufacturing industry
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional (OHSP) or a similar relevant certification
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
