📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collections.
• Reconcile guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue payments and work with the finance team to ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships by communicating effectively with guests.
• Process and manage guest statements, invoices, and payment records using the hotel's property management system (PMS).
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members in the finance department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera Cloud or similar is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
