Mart Direct Indonesia is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.

This role is crucial for ensuring that our products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, implementing and maintaining warehouse procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their tasks efficiently.,Implement and maintain warehouse procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and reported.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety procedures to protect staff and goods.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.,Manage warehouse equipment and ensure it is maintained and operated properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Experience in managing and supervising a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.
