Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Write user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Create and maintain online help systems and knowledge bases.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
