📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist the head chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
