One Base Sentosa is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will work closely with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial records,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of service,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly,Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Organize and manage store events and promotions,Maintain a clean and organized store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software,Previous experience in a senior administrative or supervisory role is a plus
