📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow,Monitoring team performance and providing guidance and support,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback,Managing schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels,Resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment,Ensuring health and safety standards are met,Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Experience in remote work is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
