📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
