📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain a strong relationship with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide the best candidates.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
