📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
