📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing, vendor negotiations, and order placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable product supply.
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for our retail partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability and meet customer demands.
• Work with the logistics team to coordinate product delivery and ensure timely shipment.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed procurement decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, merchandising, or a related field in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
