📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the café is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.,Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverages served.,Prepare and manage the daily schedule for staff members.,Assist in inventory management and ordering new supplies as needed.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other operational data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
