📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the company's management and employees.,Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Handle legal disputes and represent the company in court if necessary.,Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in the law.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.,Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and legal procedures.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with legal software and tools.
