📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and engage employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
