📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their learning and development requirements.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Contribute to the creation of a learning culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Familiarity with training evaluation methods and metrics.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
