Resto Maya Fruit is looking for a Lead Warehouse Staff to join our team in Kediri. As a Lead Warehouse Staff, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff to maintain high standards of productivity.,Ensure proper inventory control and accurate record-keeping.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Provide training and support to warehouse staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory control and supply chain management principles.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to travel within the region as needed.
