📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of network infrastructure.,Lead a team of site engineers and ensure they meet project deadlines and quality standards.,Conduct site surveys and provide technical recommendations for network improvements.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly and efficiently.,Provide technical support and guidance to field engineers.,Develop and implement site engineering best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong technical skills in network infrastructure, including fiber optics, microwave, and other related technologies.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Professional certifications such as Certified Telecommunications Professional (CTP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or similar are a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
