PT Kartika Bintang is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for learning and growing within the finance industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports,Perform bank reconciliations and other accounting tasks,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis,Prepare and process payroll for the company,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings,Provide support to the accounting team as needed,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP),Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Valid accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
