📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and develop visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts.,Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and ensure all designs are consistent with the company's visual identity.,Use industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality graphics.,Conduct market research to stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into our creative work.,Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.,Provide design concepts and ideas to enhance the overall appeal of our marketing materials.,Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure designs meet client requirements.,Continuously improve design skills and stay current with the latest design trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Creative and innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail.,Understanding of print and digital media, including web and social media platforms.
