📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles with industry regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and address any issues promptly.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of vehicles.,Collaborate with third-party service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
