As a Housekeeping Staff at Svarna Living, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay. Your daily tasks will include cleaning and inspecting rooms, restocking amenities, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. You will work in a team environment, collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room cleaning and inspection using the Housekeeping Management System (HMS) to ensure all rooms meet our high standards.
• Maintain and restock guest rooms with amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
• Clean and sanitize public areas, including lobbies, restaurants, and swimming pools, following strict hygiene protocols.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new protocols.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the resort.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury resort or high-end hotel.
• Familiarity with Housekeeping Management System (HMS) software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
