📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Foster public-private partnerships to drive economic growth and innovation in the region.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of government strategies and policies on the province's social, economic, and environmental outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice to the Governor and senior officials on critical government matters.
• Represent the provincial government at national and international forums to promote Bangka Belitung's interests.
• Stay informed about national and international trends and developments that impact the province's strategic direction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in government strategy, policy development, or public-private partnerships.
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex government projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of regional development, economic growth, and social progress.
