📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of real estate transactions.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in real estate sales.,Support the sales team in achieving their performance goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of real estate market and trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
