📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with the production team to plan, schedule, and allocate tasks effectively.,Maintain and enforce health and safety standards in the production area.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.,Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing production teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.,Valid food handler's certificate.
