📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and mentorship to ensure they meet performance targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Assist in the development and execution of the store's financial plan, including budgeting and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
