📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met by following proper hygiene and handling procedures.,Assist in the preparation of ingredients and garnishes for dishes.,Help with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies.,Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment by following health and safety regulations.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Valid food handling certificate.
