📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the branch.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are meeting performance standards.,Maintain a clean and well-organized branch that reflects the company's image.,Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a branch or similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
