As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and that the branch is operating in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.,Any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role in the logistics or supply chain industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong understanding of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
