📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of experimental surgical procedures.
• Support surgical research projects, including data collection and analysis.
• Coordinate with medical students and interns to enhance their surgical training.
• Ensure compliance with hospital regulations and surgical safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to improve patient outcomes and surgical techniques.
• Participate in research presentations and conferences to share findings and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and patient data.
• Assist in the procurement and management of surgical equipment and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Surgery, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical or medical research setting.
• Familiarity with surgical instruments, equipment, and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of medical software such as EPIC or Cerner.
• Valid certification in surgical safety and infection control.
