📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machines and casting equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure smooth production.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance for reporting purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Machining or Casting Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CNC machines and casting processes, including mold preparation and metal casting techniques.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid certifications in CNC machine operation or related fields are a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP or production management software is an advantage.
