📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Monitor and maintain building systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or related roles
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS)
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Certification in relevant systems such as BMS, BAS, or LEED is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
